A Crochet Resolution...and a Preview of This Month's Giveaway
I have decided to weave... I will no longer weave for money. I joined in 2009 and never liked selling it. Don't get me wrong, I love Etsy. I buy most of my bags and jewelry from talented vendors. I also love shopping for crochet patterns. I appreciate all the amazing discoveries that can be found there.
These are some of my recent purchases.
Using Etsy as a buyer is much more satisfying (for me)
In fact, I sell a lot more off of Etsy. People send me emails and messages with requests. Friends and people I know... that's the hardest part. Say no to everyone.
Personally, I am no longer interested in selling my knitting projects. I love being able to gift someone, but I prefer free knitting, free patterns and blogs. I haven't really spent much time on my Etsy shop yet. After receiving an order for multicolored striped gloves , I realized that I would rather spend my time doing something else...
I prefer my day job (they are better paid of course), I prefer blogging. I prefer to share. I find myself loving knitting more without putting all the money into it. It is not funny any more. So now I hope to recover love from hate. No stress, deadlines or obligations to do everything.
I have a new friend, a coach, with whom I like to argue. I also really enjoy trading on Ravelry.
If anyone wants to change let me know... but I ended up selling, mostly. Might be able to do a project here or there to buy. But above all I will return it, I will exchange it and I will enjoy it :D
That said, I'll be announcing this month's giveaway soon :D
Here's a tip...it's a done thing or two ;)
The Pink Panda design will also be ready in a few days. I try to return little by little to what I like to do.
Tomorrow I will give more details about the draw when I have better photos.
