A Long Weekend
This was last weekend. Today is the real first day of the week for us. Ireland went back to nursery today due to illness. If you have read my last post, you will remember our short cross-country ski trip. Well, on Monday I went to the doctor in Ireland and found out I had a stroke. So we stayed home for two days.
I tried to find fun things for myself and after going to the doctor's office we went to the store to buy things to keep us busy...glitter, puzzles, glue, new manicure (we already have 40 bottles. Not enough :D) and food scrap (for me... edge). Oh... I can't forget the new Princess Cup, because it should have been... it had some glitter and princess at the end. How do you say "no" to a sick child? She insisted that I take a picture of her new mug, lip gloss, and nail polish.
I spend a lot of time on Pinterest. Yeah Al, which sounds pretty bad to me, it seems BT isn't for me either. I have a drinking table in the project that I want to try. So I thought it would be a good time for them to try something. Instead of sitting down and logging in all the time, I should try using all of Pinterest. This is where the first image comes from. I pulled a string and chose some of my favorite colors.
I posted this friendship bracelet tutorial a few days ago...thinking I need to do something.

Ha ha ha... That's all I can say about this idea. He had no idea what he was doing. It is shameful ...
Such beautiful colors. This line, along with other lines and hooks, I inherited from my old grandmother. He was excited that he would end up using it considering it.

In this I have completely failed. I thought it was going to be easy. Ireland quickly lost interest. It was very exhausting for a four year old.

It's not as good as you see it. I am certainly not the author of the friendship bracelet. The Chevron model completely confused me. You appreciate all the advice from all the skillful friendship bracelet writers. I need a lot of practice.
Here's a WIP. Yeah Al, which sounds pretty bad to me, it seems BT isn't for me either. Thank God the finished product looks better.
