Last weekend felt long. Today is our first day of the week. Today, Ireland is back in kindergarten after falling ill. If you read my last post, remember the ski trails are small without skiing. Well, Ireland went to the doctor on Monday and found he had streptococcus. So we stayed at the house for two days.
I'm trying to find something that interests us, and after we leave the doctor's office, we go to the store to buy something to treat ... glitter, puzzles, stickers, new nail polish (because we ate 40 bottles. Not enough. :D) and fast food (For me...technical). Oh...I can't forget the new princess cup because she just has to pick it up...there's a sequin and a little princess on the bottom. How can you say no to a sick child? He insisted I take a picture of his new mug, lip gloss and nail polish.
I spend a lot of time on Pinterest. Yes... I'm totally addicted. One of my message boards is for a project I want to try. So I thought it was time to try a pair. Instead of sitting around attacking me all the time, I should try using the whole Pinterest thing. This is where the first image comes into play. I pulled the thread and picked out some of my favorite colors.
A few days ago, I pinned this tutorial to my friendship bracelet...thinking I'd definitely do it.

Ha-ha-ha... That's all I can say about this idea. I don't know what I'm doing. This is very confusing...
These beautiful colors. This thread, along with other threads and hooks, I inherited from my late grandmother. I'm so glad I finally found a good use for remembering it.
What a disaster?
I really failed at this. I thought it would be easy. Ireland quickly lost interest. It was very difficult for a four year old.
So I have a woolen thread to work with.
Not much better as you can see. I am definitely not an expert on organic bracelets. The chevron image really confuses me. Any suggestions are welcomed by all talented members of the membership bracelet. I need a lot of training.
Here is a work in progress. Yes... the owl hat again :) Before sewing it looks really messy. Thank God the final product looks so much better
