A Memorial

I haven't been able to blog or post for a long time. 2017 has been a difficult year so far. I was thinking of writing an article recently; I tell myself I have nothing to say. Instead of talking about knitting or knitting patterns, I'm going to talk a little more personal. This post will be a reminder to my brother.

On February 5, 2017, my 34-year-old brother tragically passed away. He left three children, his girlfriend, our parents, a sister, me and many other relatives and friends.

What worries me most is my mother, her friends and my sisters. Death changes us forever. I hope it gets less gross over time. I deal with death regularly, but seeing a loved one leave at such a young age is devastating.

I have been a fan of music I don't listen to much music today.

I wish he had seen in himself what we can all do, and what we can all do. He had so much to offer this world, the people he left behind.
