I've actually done two. Of course, Ireland wanted one for her tree. I had no problems because I mixed the first and made it small with a small hole. Worked fine for a 4 foot faux mast. We have a live tree that is 9 feet tall in the living room, so the stand gap should be much bigger. The Cherry Heart blog has inspired me.
