Another Year Goes Bye Bye

I must say that I am happy that 2011 is over. It wasn't easy. I hope 2012 is a better year ... try not to look negative ... I just have high hopes for this new year. I am looking for a new job that seems like forever. I have to believe that something will happen soon. We also recently started looking for new homes within a two hour drive, with graduation starting next week. It looks like 2012 will be a busy year, but I welcome the changes. I NEED TO CHANGE.

One of the good things, no ... the great thing about 2011 is this blog. I am so happy that I started this little diary of mine. I have loved for so long. I love looking at photos from the past and now I can also look at the projects I have completed.

These are my last completed projects. The Isar Scarf and Puff Stitch Scarf are now finished. Last of 2011. I love Isar ... come everyday. My aunt liked it and I did it in exactly the same colors. So, technically, her scarf was the last completed project of 2011.

I would be a model, but I was too lazy. I didn't want to put on a tripod and do my makeup :)
Thus finished the scarf with a soft stitch. It became thick and hot. Do you like it too.

As you can see, I didn't want to wear makeup and pose yet :) (the pendant looks better than me at the moment)

I hope to have many more projects for 2012 ... and many more models to share. I enjoy talking to all of you and also reading your comments and blogs. I have no smart friends here in my physical world, so seeing all of your projects makes me feel like I'm not the only person in the world obsessed with yarn, crochet, and needles. I'm not as weird as I thought.

Thanks to all my new crochet / knitting friends who took the time to visit me and leave a comment. I hope 2012 is a wonderful year for all of us :)

I almost forgot ... it's another new month, which means donation. Check back here after a few days. I'll write about the January distribution. This month I am donating a real item, not a model.
