Obviously I haven’t written much blog lately. I also haven’t done much, not to the point. I definitely wanted to, but I chose not to. Other things have become important in the last 6 months or so.I recently read the blog and noticed a habit I have all the time. I'm sorry for a while. I apologize for not posting or reading enough blogs for my blog friends, or for creating new submissions to share. From now on I decided not to apologize so much. There are some things that take up a lot of time in my life, and I give no shit to find time, or even to balance, to be able to blog with everything else. I want my daughter to grow up knowing that I have been present in her life and in the activities she chooses. I do not want to look back and think: “Everything my mother did was sitting on the sofa and crocheting. Do not misunderstand me, I like to shrink more. But I still have not found the balance. Honestly, for me my priorities are to be present and active in family life. So I will share a little of what I have done these last few months. I have to say that even though I have not yet managed to do as many stitches or crochets as I would like, I am happy and proud of the things I have managed to achieve.
Last year, at the beginning of the school year, Ireland decided to join Girl Scouts ... But there was a big problem. There were no Brownie troops around us. There was a cadet corps and the troupe leader told me that if a mother did not come in and form a new troupe, there would be no troops to enter Ireland. Think about what ... I became the leader of a new team of Daisies, Brownies and Juniors. He left the Junior team, so they became a Daisy / Brownie team. From September until the end of the school year, we organize meetings, events and biscuit stalls. Ireland and the other girls got along very well.

We also went to the movies, the trampoline park, pizzerias, and other excursions. In a few weeks we will look at the Secret Life of Pets. We will explore from September to September.
Ireland also joined the regional swimming team. He has always been a pool kid, so I thought he would love to be on the team.
I think he is having a good time, but he is frustrated if he does not finish first or second. I remind her that there is more to improve as a swimmer, more to learn and improve her time. But I think there is nothing more motivating than winning. It's really hard work to work full time, go to the pool 4 days a week and try not to go to town meetings, but the season ends in two weeks.
So that's what I did. I'm sorry I did not crochet or knit anymore, but I'm happy with everything I want to do.
I still wear the same socks I wore about two months ago. I am also working on a post for the hanging basket. Come soon. I will not make any more promises, but thanks to a collaboration with Lion Brand I am motivated to complete this post. I'm so excited to love and use LBY so much.
