Poncho for Spring
I made this poncho last year... or last year? I can not remember.
I posted it in Ravel a few months ago and forgot about it.
I like the feeling of light air when wearing it. I think I'll dig and work this week.
The project is quick and easy. Very exciting and unnoticed in the photos.

Crook is too loose.
Using a large, lightweight metal hook is a bit awkward, but creating an openwork working design is important. Scroll up to see near the point.
Stands only in the front two loops or in the back rings

Work in the back loop
1st row: scissors 2nd hook. Every CH time Sc. F1, rotate
2nd row Sc Sc Sc Sc each cross. F1, rotate
Repeat 2 rows until you get the desired width for your body. I quit after 50 ranks.
Finish by widening the tail to 12 inches.
Fold in half. Start hitting the top of the tail (not the side edges).
About 4 or 5 inches wide. The end.
All last knitting. The space may be small, but the jumpsuit is very elastic (photo poncho not locked)
Don't worry about deterioration. This design can change in different ways. I used 3 fashion yarns for the size in the photo, but you can use any yarn. I like light in hot weather.
