My current project will be fun. I made a bridal bouquet for myself.
Michael and I finally decided to get married. Many people think that we are married, but we are not. We've been together for 6 years, only now we've decided to start making plans. I was married once, I knew I wanted to do something different this time... so my bouquet will not be traditional.
In September we will deal with the Foreign Bank (Isla Hateras)...lol. The ceremony will take place on a clear beach. There will be only a few family members...so I think it's almost like a love story.
The combs above were mostly the combs I found on my previous vacations to the Outer Banks...Ocracoke and Hatteras...so I wanted to use them in a bouquet.
My favorite color is turquoise, so obviously I used it for a wedding. (Speaking of turquoise, I was looking for a turquoise-white gradient dress, but no luck.) The bouquet will contain starfish, turquoise beads.
I look forward to this project.
Speaking of turquoise, I thought of knitting a small wedding veil or a scarf. I don't want to be completely white.
