We don't have much snow here on the slopes of North Carolina. We did it last year... It snowed four times before Christmas. But we usually see it for a few days in winter. It suits me, because I don't like cold, snow and winter. Every winter I say, "Let's go to Florida." Michael and Ireland love snow. So yesterday Michael decided that we would go looking for snow. The mountains are always high, so we decided to head west. The only great thing about where we live is the distance to the attraction. Depending on the beach, the mountains are about an hour away and the sea is about four hours away. We ended up going to Beach Mountain.
Winters in the mountains are also milder. There is no real snow. All the snow in the picture is artificial. Everything is fake. Ireland doesn't believe me. He could not understand the idea of artificial snow. I was amazed to see all the skiers there. I thought he would die.
Michael is a skier and is always working. We wanted Ireland to find out and see if he wanted to come back and ski. As there was no real snow, Mikel didn't ski, so we'll be back. Maybe next time I'll try to use the ice rink. I find it more interesting.
