Last year I made this shoulder in three different colors. I just started writing guides.
This is a very quick and easy project. It works from side to side, so it's very easy to adjust to the right size.
Ingredients

4 rows = 4 inches (10 cm)
This dimension is unlocked. The texture is very elastic, so it is difficult to determine its thickness.
Used stitches
chain = cn
sticks = ssn.

Don't knit too much. you want loose seams
Chapter 61
Row 1: V-stsn (a, ch 1, but) in the 5th ch from the hook. First (3 skipped ch will be the first sc in the row). Skip 2 ch, V-st in the next ch, (skip 2 consecutive ch, V-st in the next ch) until you reach the last 2 ch. SSN in the last century
Row 2: Ch 3 (counts as sc). Repeat sc in the next ch (this will be the ch of the last sc in the previous row) until the last ch. From DC to DC last. Tour.
You should end up with 19V DC at each end. If you have more or less, don't worry. It doesn't matter much, unless it's extremely large or small.
Lines 3-32: repeat line 2.
You can adjust the number of lines according to your height.
To sew under the sleeves, fold to make a tight cut.
Sew approximately 2.5-3 inches on each side.
If it's confusing, reproduce it and I think you'll understand what I'm talking about... it's as simple as that.
