I made these shoulders in three different colors last year. I just started writing instructions.
This is a very quick and easy project. It works from side to side, making it very easy to adjust the right size.

You can adjust the number of rows to suit your height
Sew under the sleeves, fold to get a tight cut
Sew each side about 2.5 "to 3"
