Still Trying to Customize Hat Sizes

Yeah Al sounds really ugly to me, Looks like BT isn't for me either. In the last few months I have received a lot of comments and questions about hat sizes. Given that we all crochet at different voltages/meters, it is impossible to give the exact number of stitches. The graphics are good, but they don't tell us when to stop upgrading. That's always been my problem with gifts. If I do something for Ireland I will think about it and see how it fits and then shape it. But when it comes to gift giving, it's hard to guess.

Since he was born for my exams I have decided to wear all the Irish hats made for him. I compared it to his photo with a hat. I looked at the date to see how old he was when he wore it. How do I measure measurements.

It's a simple desk, but still functional enough...better than anything. The measurements given in the table indicate the size you should have when extending the hoop. When you reach the desired shape, stop growing and knit evenly after knitting.

Age circle diameter _

newborn 4 inches

3-6 months 5.5 inches

9-12 months 6-6.5 inches

24 months 6.5-6.75 inches

7 inches baby and baby

Adult female 7.25-7.5 inches

For example, if you're making a 12 month old beanie... spread it in a circle 6-6.5 inches wide and continue each round without increasing evenly.

The hat in the photo above is for a one year old baby. So you can see the circle is 6 inches.

Finish length will vary according to age

Last long life

newborn 5 inches

3-6 months 6-6.5 inches

9-12 months 7 inches

24 months 7-7.5 inches

Infants and toddlers 7.5-8 inches

Adult female 8.5-9 inches

10 inch big adults

The blue hat will be 12 months old, so I have to keep knitting a few more inches.

This green hat is for teens or adults, so I stopped at 9 inches.

Edit: If you wear earrings, the length will be slightly reduced.

Of course, these measurements are not accurate for every child and adult. I made a hat for an older woman over 10 inches tall. The general dimension is to provide support, instead of trying to bandage the lid without leaving a trace :D

I hope this helps.

Good week!
