I want to make Elise scarf forever now. I finally made it over the weekend. i want i want i want
The best thing about this template is that it's free. It took me a day to knit it, a day to block it, a day to take photos. I tried to model it and took good pictures. I'm not showing the best scarf because I look very drunk (I'm not, by the way). So here are some pictures, then I'll show you my favorite pattern of new gifts.

Isn't it wonderful? I like to close It may be difficult to prepare everything, but it's worth it. Arrived in Ireland yesterday from kindergarten, walked in the door, ran through the scarf. Of course I was surprised, I fell, because it rained here all day, I had to go down, carefully wipe the mud. Of course I put the scarf in the second bathroom and closed the door. It still turned out well...there is no visible mud. The fibers are so great. I used Happy Feet 4 yarn (about 390 yards) and adjusted it.

I changed the last lines and the ending. I made a thinner ribbon for the button. So if you decide to make some and want a modified version like mine let me know and I'll show you how I made it.

I received messages about how I changed the model.
First. My legs are a bit narrow. If your legs are a bit wide, you might not want to change the pattern. I'm looking at size 8.5 (US) and found a perfect example for my feet. I don't think the size is as adjustable as the model says. I had to weave it a little loosely so the stitches wouldn't be difficult to walk. I think it's all a matter of trial and error. For someone with smaller legs my advice would be to knit a little looser with a smaller needle... and if you have very small legs use DK yarn.
I followed the example above. Instead of weaving 17 pieces per ton, I used I on the first round
Then I lost the 5th and 6th rounds.
Hike
Phase 5. I developed the advantage by working around the DC (starting at the point I wanted my band to work before starting (less so at that point).
Round 6. Chain stitch 24, on the 6th chain stitch from the hook (this creates a buttonhole) sc in every ch and in every st the whole slipper (not reduced in the last phase).
Getting ready.
So I basically skipped rounds 5-6 and replaced the last round with a slippery rope.
