A Long Weekend
Last weekend was a long weekend. Today is the first real day of the week. Ireland returned to Kindergarten today after a long illness. If you have read my last post, remember our short hike without skiing. I took Ireland to the doctor on Monday and found out she had a stroke. So we stayed home for two days.
I was trying to find something interesting and after we left the doctor's office we went to the store to buy something to keep ourselves busy ... Glitter, puzzle, sticker, new nail polish (40 bottles, we still don't have enough: D) and fast food (tea for me) . Oh ... I could not forget the new cup for the princess, because she had to buy it ... She had a shiny one and a little princess on the bottom. How to say "no" to a sick child? She told me that she had taken a photo of her new cup, lip gloss and nail polish.
I spend a lot of time on Pinterest. Yes ... I am completely addicted. One of my pinboards is about a project I want to try. So I thought it was time to try some of them. Instead of always sitting around and staring at it, I should try to use all of this Penterest thing. This is where the first painting is done. I studied the threads and selected some of my favorite colors.
A few days ago I installed this friendship bracelet tutorial ... I thought I would definitely do it.

Ha ha ha ... that's all I can say. I do not know what to do. what a shame...
The colors are so beautiful. These threads, as well as other threads and hooks, I inherited from my late grandfather. Finally, I look forward to using it well.
What a tragedy.
I really fell for it. I thought it would be easy. Ireland quickly lost interest. For a four-year-old, this was exhausting.
So I took a woolen thread to practice.
As you can see, it's not much better. I'm definitely not a friend. Chevron's design bothers me. All talented friendship bracelets are welcome. I need a lot of training.
Here are the wipes. Yes ... even the owl hat :) Before sewing, it looks very lean. Thank God the final product looks much better
