A beginning of something furry. Again!

Greetings from rainy Brno! I hope you are healthy and your life is full of harmony and peace at this time. I can't say the same about myself. We started rebuilding the giant roof a week ago and it will take longer than expected. So we don't have ceilings upstairs, basically, and we all live in a small room downstairs: me, my husband, our dog son. Cozy, but a little chaotic 😊 The photo below clearly shows the craziness of my life right now...

I am writing this to complain because everything was amazingly good, except that we couldn't wash our clothes properly. And no guests for a while. But the worst part was that all my ropes and almost all my drawing tools were left in the upstairs bedroom and I didn't have access to them. My multi-colored yarn looks dull from a closed shelf behind a glass door, and I just thought, returning to my usual passion for design.

But the good news is that I managed to save some hairy spinners from working on something interesting! This project started a few months ago, but in the midst of the summer hustle and bustle, I didn't have the mental strength to finish it. But perhaps the time has come.

I used Ship's Fur Tales (again! Check out my latest Mont Blanc jacket design ), in Happy Baby Colors - 985 Little Pig, 983 Tinkerbell, 988 Aladdin and 978 Cinderella . This is the same color as in my Furry Squares quilt . I'm working on a new blanket again!

This time I knitted a hexagon with feathers, and believe me - I found a very simple sewing pattern to make it almost unthinkable.
