I've always wanted to sew a shawl, Eliza . I finally got to the weekend. Love love love.
The best part about this template is that it is free. It took a day to weave it, a day to freeze it, and a day to take a picture. I tried to simulate it - I got good shots. However, it turned out that the beautiful ... dirt does not look. The rope is too big. I used my favorite size №4 Happy Feet socks (about 390 yards).

I received several messages about how I changed the model.
Firstly. My legs are a little tense. If your legs are a little wider, you don't want to change your appearance. I wear size 8.5 (USA), I found the perfect model for my legs. I don't think the size can be adjusted as shown in the model. I had to sew them a little loosely so that the seams would not be rough. I think this is a matter of trial and error. My advice for those with small legs is to work a little looser with a smaller hook ... և If you have really small legs, use DK yarn.
I followed him until I reached the top. I worked on socks with 1 round instead of 17p 16p.
Then I left the 5th and 6th rounds.
Outside:
Row 5. I tied the outside, weaved a row of sc (starting from where I wanted the ribbon), and went back to the beginning (dec in this row).
6th row: air.p. 24, st.p. from the fork to the 6th chain (this creates a hole for the button) st.p. around each button և around the shoe in each paragraph (without abbreviations in the last line).

So I basically left the 5th and 6th rounds and gave the train instead of the last round.
