I decided to try all the Irish hats that have been made for her since she was born. I compared her hat to the picture she was wearing. I looked at the date to see how old he was. So I measure the size.
It's a simple chart, but it's still very important ... better than nothing. The dimensions listed in the table represent the size of the hoop you have when you add it. When you reach the size you want, stop adding more and then pack properly.
